We are looking for someone interested in working in food production as a packing operator!

The client is located in Malmö and produces meat and charcuterie products.

The tasks consist of packing and quality assurance of products along a production line, as well as being responsible for setting up machines and changing packaging materials. The work takes place in a cold environment and involves heavy lifting. Therefore, it is important that you are in good physical shape.

As a person, you are proactive, stress-resistant, and organized. Since the majority of the work is done in a team, you are also social and a true team player!

Requirements for the position:

» You are comfortable working with raw meat (beef, poultry, game, pork)

» You have previous work experience in a production environment

» You possess good skills in speaking, writing, and reading Swedish

» You have a B driver's license

Preferred qualifications for the position:

Previous work experience in the food industry, preferably in the meat, charcuterie, or slaughter industry

Previously worked as a machine operator/machine setter

Previous leadership experience, e.g., team leader

Previous familiarity and/or knowledge of quality management systems such as LEAN or 5S

Forklift license according to TLP 10

Good skills in speaking, writing, and reading English

The position is full-time with immediate start. Working hours are two shifts Monday to Friday. The position is an employment with Logent as a mobile staffing consultant.
